Abstract

|
Thorough knowledge of common root canal anatomy and its variation is very important for endodontic success. There are usually two mesial canals on mandibular first molar but accessory mesial canal-which is middle mesial canalcan be found sometimes. Clinician should consider this anatomic variation when treating mandibular first molar. This case report shows several cases of middle mesial canal on mandibular first molars.
